🧡Do something you love to do but haven't done in a while
🧡Watch comedy and laugh more
🧡Find a hobby that you enjoy
🧡Play your favourite song and dance around
🧡Skip instead of walk today (you will laugh I guarantee it!)
🧡Take a mental break and go outside for 10 mins
🧡Smile at others and spread happiness
