How does your body feel right now?

How does your body feel when you wake up in the morning or when you go to sleep at night?

Your body is talking to you all day, every day and it has a lot to say. But most times, we just block it out and we don't pay attention.

๐Ÿ‘‰ We get cranky all the time,

๐Ÿ‘‰ We have body pains.

๐Ÿ‘‰ We have headaches all the time.

๐Ÿ‘‰ We live on antacids.

๐Ÿ‘‰ And generally we don't feel great.

Because we don't listen to our bodies!

So today, I invite you to listen to your body and think about what your body is saying to you and think about how you can improve your health.

  • List out the little things you want to start doing today and continue doing into the future to help improve your health.
  • List out your top 10 obstacles that you can see to doing those things.
  • Pick the top 2 obstacles that stand out to you.
  • Brainstorm 2 ways to overcome each of the top 2 obstacles.
  • List down the top 2 benefits to your health of overcoming those top obstacles.

Getting clear on the steps you can do to improve your health is essential to taking charge and setting yourself free.
