What's Your Motivation?

Did you know that when you have a goal, that your motivation to achieve that goal is either away from something or towards something?
 
When you're motivated away from something, that is fear based motivation.

Away from Motivation:
๐Ÿš€ Away from motivation is a fear based motivation. The fear will motivate you until you get far enough away from the thing you’re afraid of (a scary health, financial, relationship, or employment issue) and you’re no longer afraid, then your motivation beings to drop off and eventually you end up back where you started.
 
Then as you start to slide back to where you were, the fear kicks in and you once again take action.
 
Towards Motivation:
There are 2 angles to toward motivation.

The first kind is a short lived towards motivation, which means you become motivated to reach a goal that has a finite point in the future:  example to lose weight for an event, to save money for a particular purchase. But when you reach that destination, your motivation starts to wain and you return to your normal habits.

The second kind is long term motivation, which means you're motivated to reach a goal that has multiple stages and it keeps you moving forward because there is no end, there is only continuing stages to reach and enjoy and that keeps you forward focused and taking action.

The latter is the motivation that you discover so easily in Dietless Living Academy.

Dietless Living is as much about planning your life, what you want from your life over all for all the years you are here on earth, and how to achieve it in stages by continuously moving forward and being rewarded with accomplishment after accomplishment along the way.

Each goal is part of the overall plan, but is also a stand-alone enjoyable outcome as well.

A solid process for sustaining towards motivation and the success strategies you need to conquer your unhelpful habits, patterns and behaviours is the key to living your most extraordinary life with choices, freedom and control.

Because every Body deserves to feel great.
