Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 009 with Pete Schönbeck

podcast Jul 04, 2022

Talking with Pete Schonbeck is so easy; it’s like chatting with an old friend. He’s funny, relaxed with an easy sense of humour and view of life and business that’s simply infectious.

The interesting thing about Pete is he doesn't see obstacles. What he does see is opportunities to stretch and grow and that provides him with the perspective that everything is just a bit of an adventure. Whether it’s moving to other countries to work for larger than life fashion labels or transitioning from his long career in fashion and following the family footsteps. into his own business where he helps others to overcome their business obstacles.

Pete likes to cross pollinate perspectives and long standing solid business practices across a diverse range of business owners. Everyone from fashion students who are fresh out of uni and are facing the obstacles of not knowing what they don't know about business, through to established CEOs who want to overcome their business...

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 008 with Lauren Winzar

podcast Jun 27, 2022

We had amazing conversation about decluttering, and contrary to popular belief, it’s not just a one-time thing. We also did a deep dive into our relationship to the things we own and why we keep the things we have.

Lauren says: “We weren’t born organised, these are skills we have to learn, and regardless of how you grew up, your organisational skills are an individual thing”

One of the biggest obstacles that Lauren had to overcome was letting the relationship she had with her mother go. Gathering up the courage and wisdom to sever the maternal cord and relationship with her mum and embracing the fact that it was the best thing she could have done for herself, her health, her family, her happiness, and her life.
She gives 3 tips for anyone else who feels they need to release someone from their life voluntarily.

Among her many clients, Lauren works with people who have neuro diversities such as Tourette’s, ADHD, and autism. Lauren helps all her clients to...

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 007 with Ingrid Galloway

podcast Jun 20, 2022

In this week’s podcast, I had the great pleasure to talk to Ingrid Galloway who shares with me 2 of her biggest obstacles in life that she’s had to overcome: leaving Indonesia to move to Australia and 10 years later finally leaving an abusive relationship after 3 failed attempts.

The interesting thing about Ingrid is she sees all of life's events as opportunities for growth and can shares great wisdom, along with 3 helpful tips for anyone who is trying to leave a domestic violent relationship.

Ingrid has been a relationship coach for 13 years now and works with couples before and after marriage as well as couples coaching for people who are in their first relationships and about to move in together. But what I really love about Ingrid’s work is that she works with broken-hearted singles.

Grab yourself a cuppa and enjoy today's episode.

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 005 With Annette Densham

podcast Jun 06, 2022

I had a very lively and funny interview with Annette, who launched her book recently: How To Eat A Shit Sandwich and Keep Smiling, the story of her life up until she was 25 years old. I think the title says it all about Annette’s sense of humour and how she deals with life.

She talks with great bluntness and honesty about her career in journalism, a failed business venture with a family member, weight loss surgery, and watching her mum give up the fight as cancer took her away along with a hilarious recounting of bungy jumping in a bikini when she was in her 20’s and how most of life’s problems can be solved through the wisdom found on Grey’s Anatomy.

Annette learned early in life through a forward-thinking teacher, that her happiness is dependent on her and no one else, so whilst most people are waiting for “the other shoe to drop” in life, Annette thinks that when it does, it’s going to be a big sparkly stiletto that’s going to take...

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 003 With Andy Steer

podcast May 25, 2022

Talking with Andy Steer is like chatting with an old friend, he is quite, relaxed, and has a unique view of life that’s shaped everything he does.

And the interesting thing about Andy is he doesn’t need to see the whole plan to be able to move forward and this has allowed him to step into some interesting changes in his life. Andy doesn’t really see anything as a hardship, not even the breakdown of relationships; everything is seen as a positive move forward into a new future.

He shares easily his stories about how he helps small businesses and the trail of breadcrumbs that lead him to start his own small business.

I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed chatting with Andy.

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 002 With Francis Borg

podcast May 16, 2022

Relationships can be a great source of happiness for us and they can also be a great source of discomfort, right? If things aren't going well, it can have a huge impact on our weight and our health.

My guest this week on Dietless Living 360° is Francis Borg. Francis is a couples relationship counselor, and although Francis is highly skilled and has many many testimonies from her clients, some of the most interesting conversation we had was about Francis's own life obstacles and challenges. I've known Francis for several years now through networking and yet I was so surprised to learn so many new things about her life.

I hope you enjoy this candid and open conversation with Francis as much as I did.

Dietless Living® 360 Degrees Podcast | Episode 001 With Norah Copithorne

podcast May 06, 2022

I have to say, I'm very excited! This is the very first episode of my new video podcast: Dietless Living 360°.

The show has evolved from what I do - which is help my clients overcome their weight loss obstacles - but some of the obstacles that are impacting my clients weight and health are in other areas of their life, such as:
Home
Family
Business
Career
Finances
Or perhaps they have other health issues or injuries

And I meet all these great people though business networking that I realised that I can help everyone by bringing them together in this format.

The lovely Norah Copithorne is my very first guest and I'm so pleased she was as Norah is such a wonderful woman who helps people through her company The Natural Mould Solution.

I hope you enjoy it, it's a bit clunky in the editing in the beginning as I have trouble remembering my lines, but once the conversation starts we are on a roll
